Home Made English Muffins

 I tried out a recipe for English Muffins yesterday.  It's a simple yeast recipe for bread that you roll out and cut into rounds after the first, long rise.  They get a second, shorter rise and then bake them on a griddle like pancakes.

I was amazed and impressed!  They turned out great!  I liked them.  My kids liked them.  My whole family liked them!

Time to make some more!
