Solar Cookers

 The sixth-grade science class got to design, make, and use solar cookers.  Alia's group made a dessert pizza--those are chocolate chips on top of the dough, and they added strawberries from the garden and whipped cream.

 Other groups did more traditional pizzas (this one has red sauce and cheese).

Most of them were set up on the school tennis courts.  (Alia's group had theirs set up in the grass.  I believe it was so provide better support for the dis they used as a reflector.)
