We had a moment of extra craziness the other day:
stair sledding with pillows!
The kids used to do this frequently...back when they were younger than Elena is now. Funny how it doesn't work quite as well now that they are all bigger!
It was still a fun event!

When it's cold outside, you do need something really fun to do!! Too bad I'm not a kid any more.

the problem they encountered was the pillow cases. Our 18year old still loves stair surfing our stairs! He'll do it fully clothed (protected) face first, or on his shins, or on the bottoms of his feet or on his bum feet first.
My brothers and I used to use our bed mattresses for a rip roaring time!
