Naming of the Bears

Elena helped rake leaves this week, too.

Alia names all 18 bears, plus Tanner bear and Elena bear.

Ahh! The things that bring us joy!!! Alia is holding her "pincushion". We made it from some scraps of the fabric from her Halloween costume. The pink stitches across the top are Alia's own handiwork--her first sewing project!

The big news this week is that Alia lost her two front teeth. Here she is Sunday morning with the second tooth gone.

In other news, Elena had lots of fun helping to can applesauce this week. Tanner and Alia also were very good helpers!

Alia, Tanner, and Elena all helped out in raking leaves this week.

On Sunday, the farmers that work the field behind our house, harvested the soybeans. We, of course, came out to watch.

Elena like to jump and sing in the microphone!

We visited the children's museum in Indianapolis last week. Some of the dinosaur exhibits broke out of their cages and were about to run across the road behind us.

Elena has been exploring the craft room this week. Guess what "toy" she likes the best?

At least she'll get her "iron" and "fiber" for the day.
