We had some beautiful weather this week. While Dad & Mom walked the fence line, the kids went off collecting 'wands' (insect galls on one of the weeds...they look pretty cool!). They had fun, and we had fun!

All three of the kids are in the photo...Elena and Alia are standing one in front of the other!

Alia's 3rd grade music presentation was tonight. She sang her heart out, played the bells, and did a great job!

Tanner was in a production of "If you give a mouse a cookie" at school this week. His line was something about "...he will want a napkin."

The cookie shirts were handpainted by the students--each one was unique. And, you should have seen the entire class of little mice! Too cute!

Way to go, Tanner!

Winter is not over yet, but these babies are growing on the porch under a lamp. I'm hoping that they will grow big and strong and that I will get beautiful snapdragon flowers this year! They are one of my favorites.

Elena handed me three pony-tail makers this morning (after we already had put her hair in two ponytails) and told me where they needed to go.

What can you say but "ok". She has 5 pony tails in this photo--the two in the lower back are hard to see at this angle.
