We had a birthday girl in our house this week!

She helped make and decorate her own cupcakes.

She danced in the pretend rain.
















She got a new backpack for school.


And, she got an "Appletree" toy so she can play more with letters and words!

Big baby is going nakey because Elena let Toddler Bear wear her clothes! Poor Big Baby!

New Year celebrations at our house are low key. We stayed up late working on a puzzle (the kids were in bed around 9:30pm; the 'dults were in bed around 11pm). Then we got up and made rolls, worked on the puzzle, ate yummy buffet food, and relaxed.















Before the end of the day, the puzzle was done, the food was eaten, and the football game lost. Ahh. New Year's day!
